SUPPLIES:
Grumbacher Academy Acrylics in tube.
  You should get 40% off for these paints when they are for my class. 
BRUSHES: A good assortment is needed. A large filbert 
(3/4”-1”), a thin liner (10/0), rounds & flats in a variety of sizes. Bring what you have and I can help you pick out what you need before class time.

​PAINTS:
Grumbacher tube acrylics: (Always bring white if not listed.)
I used:
Burnt umber
Hookers green
cobalt blue
cadmium red light
paynes grey
orange
burnt sienna

Canvas or canvas board size:     12x16 "

Additional suggested items:
--Strathmore Acrylic Palette Paper pad (yellow)
--set of tall, white, bristle brushes in plastic tube. 
        contains 20 brushes & a canvas brush holder.
              I use these in nearly every class.
- A small (metal or plastic) bent palette knife is handy. 
           The one in the kit is so huge!
--A good, thin liner brush AND other brushes you have, 
             flats, rakes, angles, rounds etc.
--Graphite paper (black), A stylus, tape & ruler.
          If graphite paper is new, wipe off black side really well with                      tissues or paper towel before class.
--PAPER TOWELS I like Viva.

HOMEWORK TO DO  Before class:
Paint entire canvas with smooth, solid coverage. Do 2 coats if needed.  
Use White + Burnt Umber + a little bit of Burnt Sienna mixed. It should be the color shown on the upper background area.
 ( Use aprox. equal parts white and burnt umber. Make enough.)
